With out exception Pat Klassen is a dedicated and committed Realtor who was a pleasure to work with. He always had our best interests in mind and on more than one occasion went out of his way and beyond what would normally be reasonably expected.
By way of example. Pat called us to advise that he wanted to have an Open House on a Saturday morning. We were more than happy to accommodate him, but, unfortunately we wrote it down on the calendar for the Sunday. While were out shopping we received a telephone call from Pat asking if we had forgotten about the Open House. Realizing that we had made a mistake and left our residence not quite in the state we normally would for an Open House left us very concerned.
Pat said the house was totally presentable and then went on to say that he had folded and put away some of the laundry, emptied the dishwasher, and put the breakfast dishes into the dishwasher.
We spent a great deal of time with Pat viewing homes and totally respected his advice and input of the various properties that we viewed. He was straight forward and it was obvious he had done research on the properties before he showed them to us. He had excellent insight into exactly what we were looking for, and went out of his way to accommodate us. When new listings appeared that he thought we would consider he immediately contacted us and arranged for us to see the listings.
In broad brief and general terms, Pat worked for us, and in the end found us the perfect home. A true professional.- Ross and Monika Grimmer
